Do you realize that for you to exist, it took millions of people to exist before you? It’s kind of magical isn’t it.
Ugh… Due to some complications in the relationship between me and my train, I missed my flight. Had to book another one (it’s not like I didn’t have the money and had to ask my parents, right)… I’m leaving tomorrow from London going straight to… Toulouse! Not the expected destination but I get to see my sister. Will be going back up North this weekend and see the rest of my family and friends!
In the meantime, 10 hours bus to London and a plane (which I still hate)… in a BIG airport by the way. I hope I won’t get lost or anything.
Aaaah, but you can’t look for any cute animal pictures on here without finding lots of pictures of naked men! Bear! Pig! I WAS LOOKING FOR CUTE ANIMALS, OK!
Perfect Sense looks really sad but any movie with Glasgow + Eva Green in it has to be watched.
the problem with glorifying, giving someone hero status, or putting anyone on pedestal (no matter how fucking amazing they are) is that when they make a mistake we lose hope in change or whatever they represented to us.
Exactly. I hate when people see one person as a saviour. Or when people ask me who my hero is. I don’t have a hero. There are human beings that I admire, that I think are truly amazing, but I don’t look up to them as if they were gods, that would not be good for anyone.

I’ve always loved the first outfit in Britney’s video ‘Crazy’. I remember reading something about that green thing she’s wearing after. Who cares about that? WHERE IS THE BLACK AND PINK WAITRESS DRESS AND MOST OF ALL THE GLASSES?!
What I really really would like right now is a nice long walk in the countryside. With hills and woods and mud! The fresh cold air on my face and then feeling so good when you get home and have a tea or something and food and you’re in this warm safe place.
Yeah. That’s what I want.
Like that time when I was a kid and we went for a walk in the woods and my sister and I obviously played with water so when we got home we were completely soaked. I remember putting our wet socks near the fireplace so they would dry and we felt fresh and warm and safe and that little adventure was so much fun.
I want that feeling.
I really dislike Brigitte Bardot.
Ok, I’ve apparently offended someone calling him a little boy (to be honest, it was in an argument and i was telling him how childish his behaviour was so it was meant to hurt, I guess). But he got really upset over my use of the word boy to describe him. And he mentionned it before. And now I’m watching Come Dine with Me, yes, it is almost 3 pm and I’m still in bed watching Come Dine with Me.
Anyway, there’s this guy who looks quite young and people call him a boy and then, in the end, he was like “oh, it’s nice to be recognized as a man, finally, although she still used the word “boy”“.
Not sure where I’m going with this but I think I just started to realize, well, even more realize, that there is a notion of manhood that guys are somehow trying to fulfill or more exactly, that they think they deserve. But can you imagine a woman being upset cause she was called a girl? No. Because we’re called girls everyday!
So how come it’s not okay to call a man a boy but it’s okay to call a woman a girl?
I want someone to kiss.
